Our story
Energreen SA was founded in 2011 as a service provider to the solar industry. Energreen worked with Talesun group, a Tier 1 panel manufacturer, for the development and construction of many projects located in different countries mainly Italy, Spain, Romania, UK, Turkey, Argentina and Mexico.
In 2019 the company started to invest in green field development of PV projects in Spain and Italy and other key markets.
Today, Energreen team is fully engaged in developing green field pipelines of solar, wind and battery until RtB (ready-to-build).

Investment Opportunity
We bring investors and sellers of project portfolios together. After more than a decade in the solar space we do have an extensive network of investors and local developers which we leverage to add value to the non-trivial process of selling and acquiring project rights.
We support our Clients to successfully structure the sales or buy transaction which consists of a process of typically 1-4 months duration starting with non-disclosure agreements, initial pitching and get to know, non-binding offer phase, short- listing, detailed due diligence of project data provided in data rooms, binding offer phase, financing and final negotiation.
